Return Policy
We want you to love your jewellery! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
- Damaged or Broken Items: If your jewellery arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To expedite the process, please send us clear images of the damage along with your order number.
- Non-Damaged Returns: We do not accept returns on jewelry unless the item is damaged or broken upon arrival. Please double-check your order details and ensure the item is what you want before purchasing.
- Return Process for Damaged Goods:

Exchanges
